  1. Complete a Resume Information form or provide a copy of your current resume to a KALSEC Resume Consultant

  2. Discuss with your KALSEC Resume Consultant your career goals, personal strengths, past work history, key skills and abilities and education/accomplishments

  3. Your resume is then composed and customised to your experiences and skill set

  4. Once the initial draft is complete, it is reviewed and quality checked to ensure accuracy and readability

  5. You then review this draft and provide feedback, either at our offices or via email

  6. Your final resume is then provided in your preferred format - hard-copy, via email or on USB - in PDF format

Your resume is then kept on file, readily available for any updates or edits you require, for three years.
