After over 40 years of commitment and service in the Goldfields region, we have made the difficult decision to realign our offerings and, as a result, will no longer accept new clients for resume writing or employment support services.

We understand the value of the services we have provided and wish to assure our existing clients that we are not stepping away abruptly. For those who have previously engaged with our employment support services, we will maintain our commitment to you by offering updates to resumes currently on file. This support will be available for the next 18 months through to September 2025, ensuring a smooth transition for all involved.

For our existing clients:

As part of our commitment to a seamless transition for our valued clients, KALSEC has developed a phase out plan for our resume writing and employment support services. This plan is designed to honour our longstanding relationships and ensure that our existing clients feel supported every step of the way.

Communication:

We will directly inform all existing clients of the upcoming changes through emails and announcements on our website and social media platforms.

Support:

For the 18 month transition period, we will continue to offer resume updates and necessary employment support services to clients who have previously engaged with us. This period is intended to provide ample time for our current clients to make any needed updates to their documents and to seek additional support as they transition away from our services.

Final Service Date:

As we approach the end of the 18 month transition period, a definitive closure date for our resume writing and employment support services will be set. Up until this date, we will diligently work to complete all outstanding services, ensuring every client's needs are met with the high standards KALSEC is known for.
